Terms of Service for South Korea VPS Server
These terms explain how our Seoul hosting services work and what we expect from customers. By ordering a service through this site you agree to them. The full terms published in the client area at control.serverslot.com take precedence wherever they differ from this summary.
Our Services
South Korea VPS Server provides KVM VPS hosting, Windows RDP packages, dedicated servers and domain registration, all provisioned and supported through the ServerSlot platform. Servers are located in Tier III data centers in Seoul. Specifications and prices are those shown on our pages and at checkout. Dedicated servers are prepared individually and are delivered in 72 hours or more. VPS, RDP and dedicated services are self-managed: you have root or administrator access and are responsible for the software you install, its configuration and its security.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for anything unlawful in South Korea or in your own country, or for activity that harms others. This includes sending spam, distributing malware, phishing, attacking or scanning other networks, hosting content that infringes copyright or trademarks, and abusing third-party services. We may suspend services that put our network or other customers at risk, and we will contact you through a ticket where we can.
Billing
Services are billed in advance for the period you choose. RDP packages can be billed monthly or for up to two years. Payment methods shown at checkout include cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Domain prices are shown at checkout for each extension. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension and later termination of the service.
Cancellation
You can request cancellation from the client area, either immediately or at the end of the current billing period. Once a service is terminated, its data is removed and cannot be recovered, so copy anything you need first. Domain registrations follow the rules of their registry and are not reversed by cancelling hosting.
Backups
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of all data on your services, stored somewhere other than the server itself. We recommend regular, tested backups for every website, database and application.
Liability
We work to keep services available, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the relevant billing period. Specific network commitments, such as the network SLA on dedicated servers, are governed by the client-area terms.
Privacy
We use the details you provide only to deliver, bill and support your services. On this website, your theme choice and cookie preference are stored in your browser. Essential cookies are always on because the site needs them to work. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you choose Accept All Cookies.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and in the client area at control.serverslot.com, and continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
